ADMINISTRATION / RECEPTIONIST

 

We are currently seeking an office administrator / receptionist who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, has attention to detail and is highly organised. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. This is a full time role, while part time would be considered for an ideal candidate.

Job tasks and responsibilities


Your role will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients

  • Phone communications

  • Scheduling appointments in Outlook Calendars

  • Mail and banking

  • Client communications

  • Tax form preparation & data entry

  • Supporting admin and accounting team


Skills and experience

Ideally the successful applicant will possess the following skills and characteristics:

  • High attention to detail

  • Great organisational skills

  • Strong IT knowledge, especially with Microsoft Office

  • Professional presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Honesty and Integrity

  • Ability to work within a team

  • Positivity and a strong work ethic

​Opportunity exists for further development and growth to other roles within our firm. Administration experience is not essential.
